2011 Shopping Spree Contest
The 'Shop Roane First' Shopping Spree is designed to encourage residents to shop in Roane County before they drive elsewhere for their holiday shopping. The 2011 contest ends December 14 - so be sure and sign up soon!
To enter the contest simply shop at any of these participating Chamber members and sign up! A lucky winner will win a $500 shopping spree just in time for Christmas. The lucky winner's name will be drawn at noon during The Roane Alliance Christmas Open House on Friday, December 16. The contest is sponsored by the Roane County Chamber of Commerce and The Roane County News. The prize money is donated by the Roane County News as a service to the community and is to be spent at participating Chamber businesses. For complete contest rules

Past Shopping Spree Winners
Contest Rules:
1. Registration Boxes will be picked up on Wednesday, December 14. The drawing will be held on Friday, December 16 at NOON at the Roane Alliance office.
2. Winner will be accompanied by a Chamber Board Member who will pay for selected goods at participating Chamber businesses.
3. Attempts will be made to contact the winner up to 24 hours after drawing. If all efforts fail to contact the winner during this time, a second name will be drawn.
4. No employees or immediate family members of the Roane County Chamber of Commerce or Roane Alliance Partners, nor member and immediate family of the Roane County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors are eligible for this contest. Roane newspaper employees and immediate family members are also ineligible to participate.
