The Park will be the first privately developed R&D center within the campus of a national laboratory. DOE will lease property at ORNL's central campus to the Halcyon Corp., LLC, which is developing the property and subleasing parcels to developers. Phase I of the S&T Park is now ready for occupancy. The Park will serve as home to Pro@Serve's National Security Engineering Center and to the Halycon Commercialization Center, a multi-tenant facility. When totally built out, the S&T Park will support a total of 500,000 square feet of offices and laboratories ina campus environment consistent with Oak Ridge National Laboratory's (ORNL) modernization efforts.
