Roane Chamber/SCORE Workshop on 'How to Delight Your Customers' on Oct. 22

Kingston, TN - The next Roane County Chamber/SCORE workshop, "How to Delight Your Customers," is scheduled for October 22.
This lunchtime business workshop is part of the highly popular workshop series that the Chamber and SCORE have been jointly operating to help small businesses through tough times. The workshops are offered free to all chamber members. Others may attend at a cost of $35. Lunch is included, but seats are limited so make reservations early.
Dana Peterka, Roane Chamber board member and former Chairman of the Greater Knoxville SCORE Chapter, will be conducting the workshop which will include such topics as getting repeat business, lowering employee turnover, and effective complaint resolution.
SCORE is a national non-profit organization devoted to educating entrepreneurs on the formation, growth, and success of small business owners.
This workshop will be held from noon until 2 pm at the Roane Alliance Building at 1209 N. Kentucky Street in Kingston. To reserve a seat, contact the Roane County Chamber at 865-376-5572 no later than October 20.
